DMCA Policy

Christian Miele Vermã¶Gen is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This DMCA Policy outlines the procedures for filing a copyright infringement notice and for filing a counter-notification regarding content hosted on our services, in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").

Filing a Copyright Infringement Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via the Christian Miele Vermã¶Gen service, please send a DMCA notice to us with the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.

  5. A statement under penalty of perjury: A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Filing a Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material, you may file a counter-notification with us. To do so, please provide the following information:

  • Identification of the removed material: Identify the specific URLs or other unique identifying information of the material that Christian Miele Vermã¶Gen has removed or to which access has been disabled.
  • Your contact information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement of good faith belief: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Christian Miele Vermã¶Gen may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
